I made a decision to change my job, profession and maybe to change my life because I couldn't see any forward motion and development at my previous job. And most of all I disagreed with the grading system. Knowledge and experience do not rule in that system. All I had ever heard about the job in IT company may concentrate in one sentence: If you want more, just learn more and get new knowledge and experience.
Basic knowledge of testing theory, understanding of software development lifecycle, bug life cycle, basic concepts of test design, creating testing documentation, checklists, test- cases, bug- reports, Jira, Mantis, basic concepts of SQL, CSS, HTML, MS Office, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, understanding of basic principles of Agile and Scrum methodologies
