QA Engineer

Manual test Engineer with more than 5 years of experience in all stages of QA process from manual testing to test planning and design. Practical knowledge of Team Leadership, process-management tools and techniques. Hands-on experience in manual testing: from team work planning and estimation till reports creation and process improvements. Experience in mobile application testing for iOS and Android platforms

Proven ability to translate requirements into test cases in accurate manner. Solid expertise in establishing QA process on the project, forming a team from the beginning (technical interviews with candidates), mentoring newcomers, training teammates, processes and relationships inside QA and Development teams. Defined & implemented Quality Assurance practices & procedures evaluated & validated IT initiatives, identified issues in software & services. Solid experience of working with end user/business analysts/developers on-site in Sweden and Belarus. Broad analytical mindset, good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
