BA Qualifications: Lead business-analyst with 10 years of experience in different business domains and types of accounting automation (management accounting, financial accounting and tax accounting). Full requirements life-cycle maintenance. Hands-on knowledge of IFRS. Automation in various areas of activity: distribution, retail, manufacturing, insurance, agriculture, logistic, IT-services. Description and optimization of company’s business-processes. Software documentation. Development of the technical specifications for projects, both in the existing functionality, as well as in new ones. Automation of exchanges of information between different accounting systems using different file formats. Acceptance Testing. Group training in the certified training centers

PM Qualifications: Management of project team (programmers, consultants, testers). Scrum master of dev team. Skilled in conducting negotiations with clients. Project evaluation and its budget design. Experienced in working with foreign customers. Participation in tenders as IT-consultant . Experienced in working in international distributed team

BI Qualifications: Design of the reports and dashboards. Data structure analysis. Requirements and technical tasks documentation

Professional skills: UML, BPML, Familiar with Data Warehouse, Data Marts, Talend, ETL, Experienced in Sisense BI tool, waterfall, SCRUM, CRTS, SSI

Tools: Confluence, JIRA, Blueprint, MS Office (including Ecxel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Access), MS Project, MindMap, IBM Lotus Notes

Main types of 1C:Enterprise program: Ukraine Financial Accounting, Trade Enterprise Management in Ukraine, Manufacturing Enterprise Management in Ukraine, HR Management and Payroll in Ukraine, Retail in Ukraine, 1С:ERP.

Basic programming knowledge: C++, 1С.
