Business Analyst with more than 7 years of experience on the position.

Have an experience in establishing business contacts, managing expectations, discussingvcustomer needs, reporting; experience in creating project documentation and othervmaterials (UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications, User Interface Design Specifications, User Stories, Backlogs); practical experience in applying of key BA technics (use cases, user stories, root cause analysis prototyping, prioritization, mind mapping, functional decomposition, items tracking, risk management estimation, decision analysis, etc). Have an excellent soft skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, etc.).
