Responsibilities at the last job:
Sales database management, the weekly collection of all necessary data from distributors and sales team and SAP: ex-factory sales/ in-market sales, plans, forecast, orders, back orders, prices, terms)
Provide a sales targets to the sales team (Distributors, DIY, retail chains)
Long-term and short-term business planning.
A full cycle of planning, budgeting, purchasing, distribution, and sales
Product training (Seminars);
Creation, adaptation, and implementation of marketing principles for different product groups;
Negotiations with clients (distributors, fabricators, designers and construction companies) regarding working conditions, credit notes, and product prices, marketing communications.
Control of KPI
Negotiations with leading distributors, active participation in sales
Analysis of the market and industry competitorsChecking all supporting documents, such as bills for sales, the bill for currency buying, Agreements, Acts from customers, stock/sales report from the customers, price changes, guarantee, Preparation of graphics for submission on SharePoint
