Eva is keen on abstract, innovative, creative activities. Enjoys associating and interacting with people but likes independence as well. She is good at working on the edge of a few professional fields. Motivated to build or fill something meaningful with what is at hand, Eva is constantly looking for new ideas and their implementation. Highly motivated to consider creative writing and communication at professional levels. Preferences are motivated by such concepts as sensing and seeing aesthetics, essence, philosophical and psychological meaning, and the effect of colour. This includes abstract dimensions and patterns, graphics, layouts, etc. which says she is quite a perfectionist when it's about developing a new product. Her Diploma as a Master of Materials Science, Summa Cum Laude, speaks for her. Motivational levels are highest for Eva when in the limelight where recognition is earned, deserved, and given. However, there is no "ego trip" involved in the effort. She can comfortably function in the foreground or the background. Nonetheless, recognition is a motivating vocational factor. Key for her self-disciplined activity is positive changes that she can bring to the lives of others by the fruits of her labour.
