Getting the position of Support Team Lead or Senior Support Specialist in stable foreign or foreign investment company
Professional skills:
• receiving and processing applications from users (clients) level L1, L2 and L3;
• preparation of PCs and workplaces for users;
• working knowledge of identifying and fixing problems with client software;
• design and installation of small and medium-sized local networks;

• knowledge of the hardware of servers, laptops and stationary computers;
• basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware ESXi, VMware Workstation, VirtualBox, Hyper-V);
• family of custom Windows operating systems at the system administrator level;
• family of server OS Windows (2000 - 2012) at the system administrator level;
• remote server administration (VPN, SSH, TeamViewer);
• Windows 2000/2003/2008/2012 Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Police, File Server, WSUS, Batch files, Power Shell, Clusters);
• Linux at the advanced user level (Ubuntu server, Kubuntu, bash, OpenWRT, OpenVPN);
• office suites, advanced user (Microsoft Office; Libra Office);
• administration of programs M.e.doc, Liga-law, FinExpert;
• administration of anti-viruses Eset NOD32, Dr. Web, TrendMicro;
• experience in video server administration, basic knowledge of IP video surveillance;
• experience in assembling hardware equipment, setting up peripherals, network equipment;
• administration of programs M.e.doc, Liga-law;
• administration of mail servers Zimbra, Lotus Notes 7, MS Exchange 2010 and MDaemon;
• JumpCloud service implementation;
• preparation of tender documents;
• work with clients providing services to the company;
• javascript;
• bases C;
• work experience and customization of Android devices;
• preparation of technical documentation (instructions), reporting (equipment, cartridges, software).
