Summary:
Product manager with 9 years of experience with customer-oriented and profitable SaaS products that are used by millions of users worldwide.
My job is:
- solve customers problems with successful IT solution
- collect and analyze customer feedback
- create product roadmaps and strategies from scratch
- plan and achieve goals, milestones, KPIs both for products and teams
- test new ideas with multivariate tests
- cooperate with all departments to achieve results
- interview & hire new teammates
Product management for me is a cross-functional role and it consists of a few big milestones:
- customer development
- business achievements
- tech improvements
I use a combination of techniques such as:
- lean startup
- design thinking
- quantitative and qualitative researches
- competitors/market researches
- data analysis
to get insights and to build a great product and achieve business goals.
I act as the Product Owner for agile teams:
- gather and manage stakeholder's requirements
- write user stories
- manage and prioritize the backlog
- moderate agile activities (sprint plannings/groomings, daily standup meetings)
