Hi, my stronghold is commucation, both English and German (Ukrainian and Russian are mother languages). I've spent a lot of time in Customer support, both as support agent, and even more as one of support managers and head of Complaints department (which was built almost from the scratch). CRM and stuff are jsut piece of cake for me. I've also been working for about half a year as outsource Project Manager, so I've already got a genereal idea about IT and how it works. Let's talk)
