Project Manager

Pre-Sales: architecture and development product demonstrations, including specification, testing, and delivery installation, configuration and support software and hardware to customers, distributors, resellers and system integrators.

Post-Sales Support: software and hardware solution installation assistance; L1-L3 technical assistance of user cases including Remote Sessions to the live production environments. Ensuring user requests are logged and resolved within the SLA approved time frame.

Product Management: developing new products, tools, and features. Generating product documentation (whitepaper, datasheet, technical paper, blog post).

Work from day to day in active collaboration with Sales, R&D, Marketing, and QA teams.
