Summary:
I am HR-professional with 16 years of experience in HR (7 years as a recruiter and 9 as HR manager), and 10 years of experience in IT-industry (worked in IT-companies with different business models (outsourcing, outstaffing, product)). I have strong expertise in establishing and supporting full cycle of recruitment and HR in the teams of different size, from 5 to 100 people. I enjoy working in the multicultural teams, during my career I worked with teams and colleagues from all over the world (EU-countries, US, Singapore, India, Israel).
