Summary:

I have been working as IT recruiter for 3 years. I had a diﬀerent positions in my work, some of them closed very quickly, some of them not (the whole process lasted more then 3 month). I have my own achievment - I closed position of System Administrator for the 18 hours (from the moment of searching till the positive feedback from the our DevOps and Architect) it's a fortune, the candidate start work with us the next day.
