- Set up Scrum, proto Kanban and modified Nexus;
- Running team from scratch and implement scrum in existing teams;

- Using practices from Management 3.0;
- Advanced JIRA user;
- 0.5 year working as QA Lead;
- Strong planning, risk management, reporting skills;
- Strong understanding of SDLC;

Ukrainian (elementary), Russian (native), English (Upper - Intermediate + written and verbal)
