• SAP CX Consultant with practical experience in various functional areas (Sales, Service, Marketing, B2B portal)
• Preparation of solutions ICM (Investigative Case Management) in the SAP CRM platform
• Implementation of SAP CRM Sales, Service solutions
• End-to-end implementation of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C), integration with SAP (ERP, Jam) and non-SAP systems
• Business Process and Decision Modeling knowledge
Technical skills:
SAP CRM Sales and Distribution:
• Organizational structures in sales and distribution
• Work with master data of customer and product in sales
• Review the sequence of processes in sales and distribution
• Presale activities
• Basic knowledge of ABAP, BOL / GenIL-model
• Extension Methods SAP standard: AET, BADI
• Modeling tools: Visio, ARIS, Signavio
SAP Fiori:
• Design and web application framework development via SAP BUILD and Splash tool
• Development of web applications for SAP Fiori via SAP Web IDE
• Fiori-application connection to the back-end through OData Service
• Deployment of Fiori applications to Fiori Launchpad
• Optimization, design and setup of Fiori Launchpad
SAP CRM Investigative Case Management:
• Understanding and practical experience in Case Management Process Modeling (CMPM) simulation
• Work with master data and configuration in SAP Case Management and SAP Investigative Case Management
SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C):
• End-to-End SAP C4C implementation
• C4C business user authorization and account management
• Development of new business objects with SAP Cloud Applications Studio
• Customization of home pages, workflow rules, and restrictions for various business roles
• Integration of C4C with SAP Jam, implementation of the Knowledge Base on the basis of SAP Jam
• Managing the administrative console in the SAP Cloud Platform Identity
• Migrating the master and transaction data to the SAP Hybrid C4C system
• Functionality of the Service & Sales processes and Interaction Center in the C4C system
