Summary:
20+ years of experience in IT industry as MS BI Manager/Architect/Data Warehouse Developer/ Data Analyst.
Domain knowledge of US Healthcare domain, retail, manufactory.
Strong experience with SQL Server 2000-2106, SSAS/Tabular/PowerBI, SSRS and SSIS.
Deep knowledge of MDX, expert writing queries using MDX & SQL to aid the generation of required Business Intelligence reports.
Expert building big and complex OLAP cubes at SSAS, size 100+ G, 200+ dimensions, 1000+ measures.
Strong experience of Many-2-Many dimensions and Distinct Count measures performance optimization.
Good experience and understanding of database design, data model optimization for BI application.
Experience supporting Data warehouses and Data marts at MS SQL Server size 1+ Tb, 400+ million rows fact table.
Strong experience in T-SQL, developing ETL strategies based on SSIS, SQL scripts, Stored Procedures, UDF.
Good experience in visualization and reporting tools, creation of variable complex SSRS reports.
SSAS Servers tweaking and health monitoring, query log and resource analysis, SSAS issue and performance troubleshooting.
Mentoring and teaching experience, providing technical trainings (MDX query, SSAS design optimization, using BI tools).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and develop data insights, problem troubleshooting and solving skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with track record of leading or working with cross-functional teams.
Experience with CRM and Workflow management tools such as Salesforce, JIRA.
Experience in Waterfall and Scrum/Agile projects.
Flexible with work location, traveled globally mostly in the US.
