Summary:

•Knowledge and successful application of methodologies to manage IT projects and documenting results Oracle AIM.

•Knowledge of standards PMBOK PMI, BABOK v.2-3.

•Experience with Project Management Methodologies: Waterfall, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum and Kanban.

•Knowledge and successful application of standard methodologies business process Oracle OBM, UML, IDEF0, EPC, BPMN 2.0.

•Practical experience implementing Oracle Human Resources Management System (HR Core, Pay roll Oracle Time & Labor)

•Experience in developing advanced functionality ERP-system tools (Oracle Discoverer, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle XML-Publisher)

•Knowledge of legislative framework labor relations and remuneration of Ukraine and the Republic of Kazakhstan, Russian Federation.

•Good to have experience in Telecom Domain Process Consulting, problem definition,

•Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes OSS/BSS systems.

•Strong interest and knowledge of Business Process & functional Requirements of Telecom Service Provider

•Experience with end to end BSS solution design/Business Process Framework (eTOM)/Information Framework (SID)/Application Framework(TAM)/Customer journeys
•Have a basic experience in Stock Market Domaine. Experience with the Financial Information eXchange (FIX®) Protocol

•Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including visualizations, and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization

•Ability to communicate complex issues to varying levels of users in a professional, positive, friendly and understandable manner

•Strong problem solving and project management skills with acute attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines and project plans

•Ability to learn complex material quickly, allocate time efficiently; handle multiple projects and deliverables concurrently managing priorities
