I am innovative, flexible, a great communicator and a professional but still eager to learn. I have a diverse history of technical, analytical and customer service support. I have worked in start-ups from small organizations, gaining a wide level of experience. I have worked in many different company categories, technical support, system analysis.
Now I want to change my direction. I want to work on quality assurance and software testing methodologies. Experience in manual, black-box, functional, integration, usability, localization, cross-browser and regression testing, test documentation create. Experience in defect tracking and reporting in different bug tracking systems.
