Having more than 5 years experience in Technical Support/Operations in IT industry with solid troubleshooting skills, I have worked with desktop and enterprise cloud applications were I have such key responsibilities as:

- troubleshooting various severity level software issues

- task automation and data analysis in Python

- providing support and solution for the platform user's specific use cases

- interaction with engineering in support of customer needs and resolutions

- monitoring installs/upgrades of the application (dockerized on-premise and Hadoop installs) and health check procedures

- improving support workflow and technical documentation

- creating reports and statistics on customer usage data
