QA Engineer

●10+ years experience in IT (Software Development projects)
●7+ years experience in Software Testing (QA)
●5+ years in Automation Software Testing (JAVA, PHP, Selenium WebDriver, Sikuli) following TDD/BDD with Agile approach in Scrum teams 3 to 20+ people.
●2 own successful projects (from idea to production)
●3+ years in SEO with 30+ successful projects
●Have experience as a Team Lead and Scrum master. Organized and facilitated sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, demos and other Scrum-related meetings. Delegate responsibilities to the team members and control execution, reporting to the customer etc.
●Experience in developing test plans, WBS, test suites, test cases, traceability matrices, check lists, bug reports and other documentation;
●Experience in time estimations
●Successful experience of managing the project team (5 people).
●Is a considerate goal-oriented team-worker with good communication skills and enthusiastic about experimenting. Good memory, responsible, punctual, hardworking, dedicated and able to learn quickly, reliable and energetic.
