Professional skills:
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (producing mockups and creating XHTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery templates);
Strong knowledge of (X)HTML(4-5), CSS (2,3) – hand-coded, cross browser coding
Sass and Less preprocessors, Grunt, Gulp
Good JavaScript & jQuery skills – able to write custom code as well as implement existing jQuery plugins (carousels, sliders, table sorters etc.);
Understanding and using of OOP in JavaScript;
Strong debugging skills and thorough understanding of cross browser issues;
Skills in optimizing websites for mobile display (iPhone, iPad, Android) using CSS media queries;
Knowledge of creating and optimizing HTML email newsletter templates for major email clients and mobile display;
Knowledge of W3C standards and accessibility;
Knowledge of best practices for performance optimization (image optimization tools, sprites, etc.);
Knowledge of Magento 1, Magento 2, Joomla and WordPress theme development and integration into hosting environment;
Understanding of social media marketing, SEO, Google Analytics;
PHP knowledge for themes developing, work with MySQL.
