Our customer is a freshly-founded startup in the domain of gaming and live streaming.

Their product is a set of innovative solutions that aim to make a bond between streamers and their audience stronger and deepen their engagement with each other.

Among their solutions is a platform where viewers can challenge their favourite streamers — the platform supports numerous games and their number grow.

The platform is compatible with PC and conscole games and a variety of streaming services (Twitch, YouTube etc).
Requirements:
— 2+ years as a JavaScript developer in an agile and rapid environment
— 2+ years of React experience and related tools (Redux, router etc)
— NodeJS experience (sufficient for basic backend tasks like integrations)
— Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment
— Good spoken and written English level (at least Upper-Intermediate)
Nice to have:
— Experience working with apps from scratch or in early development stages
— Experience working in startup environment
— Experience with WebGL
— Familiarity with gaming and streaming industries
— Love for video games — if you finished first at Fortnite, Warzone or Fall guys before, it’s a HUGE advantage!

We are looking for a skilled Employer Brand Manager who could help us define our employer brand voice and help us stand out.

You will be responsible for development and support of employer branding activities with regards to PR communications as well as recruitment in the company.

Responsibilities:

• development and implementation of communication strategy for employer brand promotion, preparation of monthly communication plan and monitoring of its implementation
• communication with media and creation of feature articles, press-releases, texts for advertising campaigns, special projects, etc
• creation of compelling content and further day-to-day handling of social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram) and company website
• cooperation with career portals/job boards
• cooperation with universities, setting up and hosting the external events

Must have skills:

• proven track record of HR-brand creation and development
• experience in cooperating with media
• SMM and copywriting skills
• experience in organizing or coordinating external events/participation in industry events

Nice to have:

• previous experience in HR-brand development in IT
• 1+ years experience in PR (especially in PR agency)
• result-oriented approach

Languages:

• Ukrainian, Russian — Fluent
• English — at least Upper-Intermediate (B2)
