We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Middle Project Manager interested in joining our In-house Team. You will work and communicate directly with the Europe-based clients while working in an entrepreneurial environment, remotely or on-location in one of our Beetroot Spaces.

If you are an organized and structure-oriented person, have a project management background, and are skilled in overseeing processes, delivering the needed results, and focusing on customers, this position may be a perfect fit for you!. Our work model allows direct communication with the clients while being a part of the Beetroot team.

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience as a PM in IT outsourcing,
• Good knowledge of best project management practices (PMBoK),
• Good knowledge of major Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, XP),
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle,
• Strong organizational, negotiation, conflict solving skills,
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level (verbal fluent) and strong communication skills.

Bonus:

• Any certifications (CSM, CAPM, ICAgile, etc.),
• Technical background,
• Understanding of financial side of outsourcing business,
• Experience with customers from Sweden, Finland, or Norway,
• You love borsch!

Responsibilities:

• Negotiation with the customers from the presale stage,
• Projects estimation and planning from the presale stage,
• Building and managing the development teams,
• Reporting to the internal and external stakeholders,
• Perform Integrated Change Management on projects,
• Perform the Risk Management on projects,
• Contribution into the PMO assets and activities.
